The Connecticut Shell Carved Tall Case Clock, handcrafted from solid woods, denotes the best in High Style Country
Furniture. This tall and stately clock with its’ inset panels and ogee bracket base adds a special feel to any traditional interior. Joinery techniques are identical to those utilized by craftsmen in the 18th Century. Each clock is produced in three units, Bonnet, Trunk, and Dial with attached Movement. Brass hardware is used throughout. The trunk door is fitted with a lock and brass escutcheon. The hand carving replicates a sea scallop.
